Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from House of Hafsa, you may request a return provided the following conditions are met:

The item must include all original parts, tags, components, and packaging in its original condition.

The product must show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or careless handling.

For hygiene-sensitive products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Any defective or damaged item must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, worn, or altered through no fault of our own.
Return Shipping Fees
Please note that House of Hafsa does not offer free returns.
All return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
How do I return my order?
To begin the returns process, please email our support team with the following information:

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Customer full name

Customer address
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns back to the sender address on the package, as this is not our returns facility.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party appointed by you (excluding the carrier), receives the final item in your order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify House of Hafsa via email with a clear statement requesting cancellation of your order.
Please note:
As we operate with a highly automated fulfilment system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled during transit.
If your order is already on its way, you must wait until it has been delivered before initiating a return request.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method used during checkout.

Any additional delivery charges selected at checkout are non-refundable.
To help speed up the process, we recommend sending us your return shipment tracking confirmation after dispatching your return package.
